Technical Support | How Do You Change an Electric Scooter Wheels & Tires

We will inevitably need to change the tires while riding our electric scooters.

Here are 2 videos on wheel replacement for KUGOO S1 for your reference with written instructions as below.

VIDEO 1

Step by steps,

  1. Long press to turn off the scooter.
  2. Unplug the power line.
  3. Unscrew the screws of the motor belt, and keep the screws.
  4. Use a wrench to unscrew the nuts on both sides of the wheel, also keep the nuts, then take down the motor.

 

VIDEO 2

Step by steps,

  1. Install the motor as the video shows.
  2. Use a wrench to twist the nuts on both sides of the motor.
  3. Knock with a hammer or something else, to later install.
  4. Put the two motor belts on, and twist the screws.
  5. Contact the motor line and power line together and done.
